Signing In To NEXT Desktop

Overview

This article explains how to install and sign in to the NEXT Desktop App. Unless otherwise noted, all features and steps in the NEXT Desktop App are the same as the web version. Refer to the Signing In to NEXT – NEXT KBA for full details on sign in options, language settings, forgot password, SSO, and legal notices.

Before You Begin

• You must have access to NEXT in your web browser.

• You must have an active NEXT account.

Installing the NEXT Desktop App

To install the NEXT Desktop App, complete the following steps:

1. Open NEXT in your web browser.

2. Click the computer icon next to the address bar.

3. The Desktop App installs and opens automatically.

Signing In

The sign in process is identical to the web version of NEXT, including:

• Signing in with an email address and password

• Signing in with SSO

• Resetting a forgotten password

• Changing the display language

• Cookie options

• Legal Notices
