This article explains how to access and use Tickets in the NEXT Desktop App. All features and steps are the same as the web version of NEXT.

NOTE: Tickets in the NEXT Desktop App are the same as in the web version. Any changes made in the Desktop App are reflected in the web version and vice versa.
