Overview

NextIQ Copilot is an AI assistant built into the NEXT mobile app, designed to help streamline support operations by providing real-time data insights and workflow management.

NOTE: NextIQ Copilot on mobile shares the same chat history as NextIQ on the NEXT web application. Chats started on mobile are visible on web and vice versa.

Before You Begin

• You must be signed in to the NEXT mobile app.

Accessing NextIQ Copilot

To access NextIQ Copilot, tap the blue star icon.

The NextIQ Copilot Screen

The NextIQ Copilot screen displays a text box in the center. This is the main input area where you interact with NextIQ Copilot. Tap the text box and start typing to begin.

Your Chats and Shared Chats

To access your chat history, tap the hamburger icon in the upper right corner. This opens a panel with two sections:

• Your Chats — All your individual past chats with NextIQ Copilot, from both mobile and web. Tap on an individual chat to return to it.

• Shared — Chats from other NEXT users that have been shared with you.

NOTE: If you have no shared chats, the following message is displayed: No Shared Chats Yet. Chats shared with you will appear here.

Starting a New Chat

To start a new chat, tap the black pencil icon, or type in the text box on the NextIQ Copilot screen.

Renaming a Chat

To rename a chat, complete the following steps:

1. Tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the chat you want to rename.

2. Tap Rename.

3. In the Rename chat window, clear the current name in the Name field and enter the new name.

4. Tap Save.

Deleting a Chat

To delete a chat, complete the following steps:

1. Tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮) next to the chat you want to delete.

2. Tap Delete.

3. A Delete chat? confirmation window appears. Note that deleting a chat cannot be undone.

4. Tap Delete to confirm.
