Signing In To NEXT Mobile (Android)

Overview

This article explains how to sign in to the NEXT mobile app on Android. It covers language settings, signing in with an email address and password, signing in with SSO, resetting a forgotten password, and first post-sign-in steps.

Before You Begin

• You must have the NEXT mobile app installed on your Android device.

• You must have an active NEXT account.

Sign In Options

On the Sign In screen, you can sign in using one of the following methods:

• Continue with Email — Sign in with your email address and password.

• Continue with SSO — Sign in using your organization's Single Sign-On provider.

Language Options

To change the display language, click the language name next to the globe icon on the Sign In screen.

The NEXT mobile app supports the following languages:

• English

• Spanish

• French

• Portuguese

Signing In with an Email Address and Password

To sign in with your email address and password, complete the following steps:

1. On the Sign In screen, click Continue with Email.

2. Enter your email address in the Email address field.

3. Click Continue.

1. Enter your password in the text box.

2. Click Sign in.

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, complete the following steps to reset it:

1. On the Sign In screen, click Continue with Email.

2. Enter your email address in the Email address field and click Continue.

3. On the password screen, click Forgot password?

4. Enter the email address associated with your account in the Email address field on the Forgot password? page.

5. Click Send reset link.

6. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password and sign in to the NEXT mobile app.

NOTE: The password reset link expires after 24 hours.

Signing In with SSO

To sign in using Single Sign-On, complete the following steps:

1. On the Sign In screen, click Continue with SSO.

2. Enter the email address associated with your organization's identity provider in the text box.

3. Click Continue with SSO.

NOTE: SSO must be configured by a global administrator in NEXT before you can use this sign-in method.

Privacy Notice

Each time you sign in to the NEXT mobile app, a Privacy Notice screen appears with the following message:

By selecting "Accept All", you agree to the app storing information to enhance device navigation, analyze usage, and assist in our marketing efforts.

A link to the Privacy Policy is displayed beneath the message.

Select one of the following options to proceed:

• Accept All — Accepts all cookies and data storage preferences.

• Reject All — Rejects all cookies and data storage preferences.

• Cookies Settings — Opens the Nextiva Privacy Preference Center to manage your cookie preferences individually.
