NEXT Mobile - Navigating NEXT

Overview

This article explains how to navigate the NEXT mobile app. It covers the top navigation bar, the home screen, and the bottom navigation icons.

Before You Begin

• You must be signed in to the NEXT mobile app.

Top Navigation Bar

The top navigation bar is visible across the app and contains the following:

• Your name — Displayed in the top left corner.

• Search icon — Located in the top right corner. Searches globally across all sections of the app. When you search, you also have the option to ask NextIQ.

• Avatar icon — Located in the top right corner next to the search icon. Tap to go to the Settings page.

Home Screen

The home screen gives you a quick overview of your activity in NEXT. It contains the following sections:

Summary Buttons

The home screen displays four summary buttons at the top:

Recent Activity

The Recent Activity section displays all recent activity in the NEXT mobile app. Tap on an activity to go directly to it.

Your Day

The Your Day section displays any meetings you have scheduled in NEXT.

Note: Scroll down to see the Your Day section.

To schedule a meeting, complete the following steps:

1. Tap Schedule.

2. In the Schedule meeting window, complete the following:

   • Enter a title in the Meeting title field.

   • Select the date and time the meeting starts in the Starts field.

   • Select the date and time the meeting ends in the Ends field.

   • Alternatively, tap the All-day toggle if it is an all-day meeting.

   • Tap the chevron icon next to Invitees and select the teammates you want to invite.

   • Add an optional agenda.

3. Tap Schedule.

NextIQ Copilot

Tap the blue star icon to go to the NextIQ Copilot area of the app.
