Product Enhancements

New Fields To Be Configured For Custom File Names

Description of Enhancement:  An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center, in the Campaign object in the Recording tab the Filename Format field can now support these additional dynamic fields as placeholders:

• • tenantId

  • campaignId

  • campaignName

  • workitemId

  • customerId

  • customerName

  • customerNumber

  • createdAt, date

    • Supports multiple formats: date, time, or date + time

    • Example: ${createdAt, dd_MM_yyyy HH:mm:ss}

  • timezone

  • userId (Agent id )

  • userName (Agent name)

  • dispositionId

• The placeholders must still follow this format: ${workitemId}
