Print Button Issues In History

Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, in the history of some workitems, the PDF of the interaction couldn’t be downloaded. 

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center so PDFs of interactions can be downloaded in the history of all workitems.

No Chrome Alerts When Transferring Or Dialing From The Company Directory

Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, when users dialed or transfered calls through the company directory, there was no system notification or Chrome alert displayed to users. Notifications appeared correctly for manual calls.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, so when users dial or transfer calls through the company directory, there is a system notification or Chrome alert displayed to users.
