Product Enhancements
Update To Move To Panel Component
Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center to the Move to Panel survey action to support dynamic variable names using JavaScript-style expressions. This allows variable names and values to be determined at runtime based on work item or survey data, with fallback defaults when specific data is not available.
Bug Fixes
Workitem Showing 4h 42m Duration But Actual Duration Was 7m 39s
Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where workitem durations could be reported incorrectly for workitems that used extended after-call workflows. In some cases, the reported duration was longer than the actual interaction duration, depending on how long the after-call workflow remained active.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, to ensure work item completion times are recorded accurately during extended after-call workflows.
