New Features

New "Login with All Groups" Auto-Login Option 

Description of Feature: A change has been made to Nextiva Contact Center, to introduce a new Login with All Groups auto-login option. This option automatically logs agents into all eligible Predictive and Progressive campaigns associated with their assigned groups, eliminating the need for groups to be explicitly selected in campaign dialer configurations. The enhancement also supports multi-campaign selection workflows, allowing auto-login behavior to be applied consistently across multiple campaigns.

Steps to Enable:

1. Login to NCC as an administrator.
2. Click the Options Menu icon.
3. In the “Search…” field, enter the words “User Profile”.
4. Click the User Profile icon.
5. Click on the user profile you want to enable the Login with All groups capability for.
6. Click the ellipsis (…) in the header.
7. Select Auto Login.
8. Click the drop-down arrow in the Auto Login field. Select Predictive or Progressive.
9. Click the drop-down arrow in the Auto Login Type field. Select Login with All Groups.

Note: Ensure that the group has the users with the profile and is associated to the correct predictive/progressive campaign.
