Payment By Time Phone Events Not Remaining
Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, in the survey-based Pay-By-Phone function, only the final payment attempt was shown in the workitem history. When multiple payment attempts were made (for example, after an initial verification failure), earlier attempts were not captured, which resulted in gaps in the timeline of events.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: to ensure that all payment attempts are accurately recorded in the workitem history when using the survey-based Pay-By-Phone function, so there are no gaps in the timeline of events.
Moneris Service Parameters Issues
Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, where a payment token was returned even when card verification failed using the Moneris payment gateway. This meant that invalid or declined cards could still generate tokens, without clear verification results, which led to failed payment attempts and inaccurate transaction handling.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, that provides greater visibility into card verification results during tokenization. Additional verification details are now included alongside the payment token, so it is clear a card is successfully verified before proceeding. This helps prevent the use of invalid tokens and improves the accuracy of payment processing.
Play & Collect Digits Component Not Looping
Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, where the Play & Collect Digits workflow component did not repeat prompts as configured. When set to play a prompt multiple times, the prompt was only played once instead of looping as expected.
