Ability To Scroll List Columns

Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center. In any area where you can right-click and select Add Column, the list of available columns is now scrollable.

Ability To Copy/Paste Summaries From History

Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center, all generated summaries in the History object in Nextiva Contact Center can now be highlighted, copied and pasted. The content of the summaries cannot be edited.

Move To Panel Survey Action Intermittently Skipping Navigation When Editing In The History

Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, when editing a user survey in the History object, the Move To Panel (Back/Next) action didn’t intermittently navigate. The click is registered, but navigation was silently skipped. This did not happen during live survey execution.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center so that when editing a user survey in the History object, the Move To Panel (Back/Next) action navigates correctly. The click is registered, but navigation isn’t silently skipped.
