Values Not Being Replaced In Templates For Manual Outbound SMS Workitems

Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, when using a template when sending manual outbound SMS workitems and replacing some of the template’s content in the Message field of an outbound SMS workitem. The message was sent without the changes.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center so when using a template when sending manual outbound SMS workitems and replacing some of the template’s content in the Message field of an outbound SMS workitem, the message is sent without the changes.
