Auto Shift Focus To Active Call And Improved Visual Highlighting When Adding Calls Via DTMF
Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center, to the agent experience to provide clearer visual identification of the currently active call when managing multiple calls. The interface now automatically shifts focus to the active call when a call is added or answered via DTMF, and enhanced visual highlighting has been introduced to make the active interaction easier to distinguish from other calls in the list.
Display Moneris Card Verification Results In Agent Payment Token Pop-up Window
Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center, to the payment verification experience by adding card verification details to the agent payment token popup. Agents can now view whether a card passed or failed verification, along with related verification information such as approval or decline response codes, verification messages, and card security code (CVD) match results. The popup also indicates when verification was not performed. This enhancement provides clearer visibility into payment verification outcomes and helps agents make more informed decisions before proceeding with transactions.
Replace PrimeNG Context Menu with Angular CDK Menu
Description of Enhancement: An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center, to the context menu functionality through an update to the underlying menu framework. Context menus with extensive option lists now provide scrollable navigation with clear visual indicators when additional items are available. In addition, multi-level nested submenus (three or more levels deep) are now fully supported without being cut off or clipped. Existing right-click context menu behavior remains unchanged across the platform, ensuring a consistent user experience while improving navigation in areas such as Lead List column selection and Survey Editor menu flows.
Bug Fixes
Supervisor Dashboard Showing The Login Time As 1970
Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center, where the Supervisor Dashboard User Activity view could display an incorrect login time for agents who had never logged in. Instead of appearing blank or unavailable, the Login Time field displayed 01/01/1970.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, to improve handling of missing or uninitialized login times in the Supervisor Dashboard. Agents who have not logged in will now display a blank or unavailable value instead of an incorrect date, providing more accurate visibility into user activity.
