Enhanced SMS Fraud Detection Capabilities
Description of Feature: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to introduce a new SMS fraud detection capability. SMS message data can now be collected and stored in BigQuery to support system-wide analysis of SMS activity. This capability enables fraud investigation teams to search for messaging patterns, analyze SMS activity, and investigate potential fraudulent behavior across the platform. The solution leverages existing Kafka and BigQuery infrastructure to support automated ingestion and analysis of SMS message data.
Bug Fixes
Correct Display Of Applied List Filter Names
Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where the name of an applied list filter was not displayed correctly after reloading a list. Instead of showing the filter name, the system displayed the filter identifier.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to ensure applied filters are displayed using their configured names rather than their identifiers. Filter information now displays correctly after a list is reloaded.
Real-Time Transcription Settings Applied Correctly
Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where calls could be transcribed for agents who had real-time transcription disabled.
Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to ensure real-time transcription settings are applied correctly at the agent level. Calls are now transcribed only when real-time transcription is enabled for the assigned agent.
