New Features

New "Register from Assembled" User Reconciliation Option

Description of Feature: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to introduce a new Register from Assembled call to action in the WFM (Assembled) Integration dropdown. This feature allows administrators to link existing users in Assembled with corresponding users in NCC based on email address matching. This allows users that were created directly in Assembled prior to the NCC integration to be linked to existing NCC user records without creating duplicate accounts.
