Progressive Campaign Agent Assignment 

Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where where agent reservation behavior could affect workitem assignment in progressive campaigns. In some scenarios, an available agent could be temporarily considered ineligible for assignment because an existing ACD reservation was still active.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to address agent reservation and assignment handling for progressive campaigns
