Bulk Upserting Leads from CSVs

Description of Enhancement:  An enhancement was made to Nextiva Contact Center introducing a new API for loading leads more efficiently. Instead of uploading or inserting leads one at a time, leads can now be uploaded or inserted in batches, making it easier to handle larger CSV files of up to 100,000 leads. The API also provides a summary of the upload results, giving customers better visibility into successful and failed records.

Bug Fixes

Not Receiving Multiple Images When Sent Through A Single MMS

Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center, when external numbers sent multple images through a single MMS message, an NCC user would only receive one image, or sometimes no image.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was implemented in Nextiva Contact Center, so that NCC users receive multiple images from a single MMS message from an external number.
