Bug Fixes

Enable Call Disconnect Beep Not Working

Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where the Enable Call Disconnect Beep setting did not consistently play the disconnect tone when calls ended. In some scenarios, the disconnect beep was only triggered after the WebRTC connection was manually disconnected, rather than automatically when the call itself ended. This behavior impacted both manual outbound and inbound queue calls.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to improve disconnect beep handling for WebRTC-based calls. The disconnect tone now plays correctly when a call ends, regardless of whether the WebRTC connection is manually or automatically disconnected.

Resolved Lead Removal Confirmation Pop-Up Window Issue

Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where the confirmation pop-up window for manually removing a lead from a list would briefly appear and then disappear. As a result, leads could not be removed through the user interface, although removal through the API remained available.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to to ensure the lead removal confirmation pop-up window displays correctly and remains available for user interaction. Leads can now be removed successfully through the user interface from list management screens.

Resolved Queue Agent Removal Confirmation Pop-Up Window Issue

Description of Issue: An issue was identified in Nextiva Contact Center where the confirmation pop-up window for removing an agent from a queue would briefly appear and then immediately close when the Delete option was selected from the right-click context menu. As a result, agents could not be removed from queues using the context menu, although removal through the standard delete action remained functional.

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to ensure the confirmation pop-up window remains open when removing an agent from a queue using the right-click context menu. Agents can now be removed successfully through either removal method.
