DTMF Not Working On Three Way Calls

Description of Issue: An issue was found in Nextiva Contact Center, where a PSTN userr contacted a WebRTC agent, either via a queue or a direct call. The WebRTC agent then dialed an IVR number, and agent-to-IVR DTMF functioned correctly. However, after the agent conferenced all call legs together, DTMF input from the PSTN user was not passed to the IVR when the PSTN leg and the agent leg were hosted on different FreeSWITCH servers

Current Status and Resolution Description: Resolved: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center, so that when a PSTN user calls a WebRTC agent via a queue or direct call), the agent dials an IVR number, and all call legs are conferenced together, DTMF input from the PSTN caller is correctly passed to the IVR even when the PSTN leg and agent leg are on different FreeSWITCH servers.
