Contracted Active User Limit Warning 

Description of Feature: A change was made to Nextiva Contact Center to display a confirmation dialog when creating a new user would increase an organization's active user count above its contracted active user limit. The dialog displays the current active user count, the contracted user limit, and the projected active user count after user creation. Administrators can choose to continue creating the user or cancel the action.
